Solar Sales Consultant

Energy Select is looking for an independent individual who wants to make money. New to the field? No problem. We pride ourselves in our knowledge and as long as you are willing to learn, we can train you to effectively sell in the rapidly growing solar industry.

You will generate and receive new leads for the largest local alternative energy company. The flexibility and compensation model of this position is similar to a realtor. It can fit into a part-time schedule or a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Virtual and in-person consulting with potential prospects to evaluate their energy needs and demonstrate how solar can benefit them
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Networking and generating leads by being active in the community in addition to following through on company-generated leads
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

Salary: Varies based on experience and performance. $80,000 to $150,000 annually. 100% commission-based and full training provided.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma and 1+ years related work experience
• Able to lift boxes no heavier than 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, drive, walk, stand, above head arm movements
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishments in any field
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and user platforms
• A willingness to learn and understand a new and changing industry
• Some availability on weekends and evenings
