Sales Job Posting: Supervisor Agent at Globe Life Liberty National Division

Globe Life Liberty National Division is currently hiring for the position of a Supervisor Agent. As a Supervisor Agent, you will be joining our team in Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas, United States, 76011. We are a growing company in the Insurance Agents & Brokers - Finance & Insurance Industry.

Our core business involves selling Benefits Packages to Small Businesses. Our key services/products include Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Supplementals, Employee Benefits and B2B service. We maintain a strong focus on providing excellent service to our clients and exceeding our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a sales team to achieve the sales goal of $400,000 for the next 12 months
• Build and maintain relationships with small business clients
• Sell our Benefits Packages, Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Supplementals, Employee Benefits and B2B service to potential clients
• Ensure that all sales are done in accordance with company policy and procedure

What We Offer:

• A commission-based payout structure, with 50% - 70% commission per sale
• Average Sales Value range from $1500 to $10000 AP net submit
• The average Sell-in cycle time is between 1 to 6 days
• Full-time position with 160 hours per month
• Independent contractor (1099) position

Please note, we do not offer a hiring bonus for this position.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance industry, specifically with a focus on life insurance, health supplementals and employee benefits. They should be comfortable with B2B outside sales and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate must have excellent supervisory skills and be able to motivate a team to exceed sales targets.
