Telehealth Sales Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will engage with healthcare providers, employers, and community partners to promote and deliver Mayo Behavioral Health’s telehealth offerings. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and expanding the reach of essential behavioral health services. Key Objectives

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the telehealth market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, employers, and referral sources.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of Mayo Behavioral Health’s telehealth programs and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities.
Stay informed about industry trends, telehealth regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position Mayo Behavioral Health offerings.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote telehealth services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or telehealth sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and behavioral health services is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
