Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. I have a diverse work history, despite only working for two companies. Basic American was a third-generation family business, entrenched in the food industry. SILCA was a sporting goods start-up, looking to find their place in their industry.
At SILCA, I transformed a small sporting goods company into a global success story. My team and I grew revenue 10x in six years, When I too over, they were a sub 2 million dollar company. At the end of 2024, we exceeded 20 million and had a goal of 25 million by the end of 2025. I expanded distribution to 67 countries. I help open 4 global 3pl’s, truly taking the company global. All of this was achieved by not sacrificing price or margin. I never missed our aggressive 54% gross margin goals.. At Basic American Foods, I managed 22 broker representatives and successfully drove growth across 6 distribution centers with Gordon Food Service, from Milwaukee to Miami. By building strong broker partnerships, launching sales strategies, and executing with precision, I consistently delivered year-over-year growth and earned top performance recognition for 3 consecutive years, never dropping below 103% of forecast.
