Over 35 years, I’ve founded, scaled, and sold multiple companies, including an Internet business I exited to the Golf Channel (NBC Sports) for eight figures. Before that, I built a telecom sales floor from 0 to 30 reps & $6M in year one. Two of my companies were SaaS and subscription platforms, including a video-based membership community that grew to millions of users. I understand CAC, LTV, churn, and what it actually takes to make recurring revenue work.
By day, I run Founder Scaling Systems, building AI growth infrastructure for founder-led real estate brokerages. I live in CRMs, funnels, and PPC dashboards and have managed tens of millions in ad spend. When I’m closing for you, I treat every lead like it costs real money, because it did.
My edge on the phone is unusual: I spent 3 years as a working actor in Hollywood, doing cold reads and soap-opera roles on camera every week. That training hardwired my approach to sales: respect the script, master the beats, control tonality and pacing, and be fully present in the moment. I rehearse until it’s boring, then execute.
I’m best for AI or SaaS founders selling $3K–$15K offers into real estate, local services, or agency owners who already have some lead flow and want better conversion & tighter feedback loops.
How I work: remote 1099, one primary offer at a time, full CRM visibility, and commission on cash collected. I report in numbers, not vibes.
