Matthew Paule is a sales architect and performance-driven commercial leader with more than a decade of experience in high-pressure hospitality sales, real estate, and team development. I built my career inside some of the most demanding sales environments in the industry, rising from entry-level liner positions to senior closing roles and leadership functions across major Spanish brands lik:, Sandos, Iberostar, and Meliá Hotels International.
Throughout my career, I became known not only for my ability to close, but for my capacity to engineer entire sales systems—training new teams, refining pitch structures, building objection frameworks, and optimizing front-to-back conversion processes. My leadership experience at Meliá, where I progressed through Closer, 3rd Assistant, and 2nd Assistant roles, strengthened my skill in managing teams, coordinating sales floors, and driving consistent production.
In parallel with hospitality sales, I expanded into real estate with more than six years experience in hat field. This dual background gives him a rare perspective across high-ticket closing, buyer psychology, property acquisition, and long-term value negotiation.
Today, I can specialize in training, negotiation strategy, and sales system design. My focus is helping individuals and teams understand not only how to sell, but how to structure a sales machine that consistently produces results.
