I started my journey in the beauty and wellness industry, where I developed a reputation for delivering personalized service, building trust quickly, and maintaining exceptional client retention. As a lash artist and esthetician, I managed scheduling, client communication, inventory, and compliance, all while consistently upselling, educating clients, and strengthening long term relationships. In 2022, I launched and managed my own business, overseeing everything from operations and CRM management to social media strategy and client experience.
