I’m a sales leader with 25 years of experience in the CPG industry, most recently with Mars Petcare where I managed and grew portfolios exceeding $100M. I’ve spent much of my career partnering with top national retailers like Walmart, Target, PetSmart, H E B, and Kroger, driving revenue growth and maximizing trade investment ROI. What I enjoy most about this work is translating shopper insights and category data into actionable growth strategies — whether that’s leading joint business planning initiatives or aligning cross functional teams to execute at scale. Along the way, I’ve built and led high performing teams across multiple levels and states, mentoring and developing future leaders. Right now, I’m excited about the opportunity to bring that experience to a role where I can continue accelerating growth, strengthen strategic retail partnerships, and make a broader impact on the business
