Bio

I’ve technically been in sales for 10 years now, but honestly, it started way before that. My first stint was helping out at my dad’s shoe store as a teenager; handling customers, managing inventory, and learning what actually makes people buy (or walk away!).

Since then, I’ve worked across B2B SaaS, first at LocationIQ (a geolocation platform where I spent ~8 years helping grow it from ~50 to 700 paying customers), and more recently at Haystack—a devtools startup. Between the two, I’ve pretty much done it all:

● Figuring out who to sell to and how to reach them ● Writing the pitch, sending the emails, doing the demos ● Closing deals, onboarding customers, and making sure they stick around ● Aligning with marketing/partnerships, tweaking pricing, shaping the ICP...the works

At Haystack, I’ve been focused on customer success as a revenue lever - helping companies drive adoption, get internal buy-in, and retain/expand their accounts. I’ve worked on both low-touch, self-serve products and complex, high-touch sales. I enjoy the messy bits; figuring things out, trying stuff, improving the process as we go.

Now looking to dive into something new - someplace where I can bring this scrappy, full-funnel energy and build something long-term.
