Sara Bryant

As a creative individual with a strong research and consumer insight background, I am passionate about enhancing individuals’ health, performance, and experiences through technology, information transfer, and process advancements. Most recently, I was the program manager at the Arthritis Foundation in the Ease of Use Department. In my role, I managed existing and new company partners, including contract review and execution, financial, and program reporting. Previously, I was the design engineer for LKC Engineering, PLLC. I worked with a diverse team of CAD designers and government elected officials to design processes and equipment for communities across North Carolina. At this time, I was also the product advisor and media influencer for Curated. Through Curated, I connected with golfers of different skill levels, actively listen to their needs, and utilize my extensive golf knowledge to suggest the best equipment for their game. From April 2020 to March 2023, I was the consumer researcher and development engineer at Golf Pride. I regularly collaborated with the marketing and UI/UX design teams to brainstorm and develop various marketing advertisements. Within my role, I was also responsible for managing new golf grip programs. To increase clarity and efficiency with our international teams, we created a product documentation sheet and restructured the project meetings, which increased on-time completion by over 30%.
