Engineering Sales and Business Development Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
• Use various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to engage prospects
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies to generate new business
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insights
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Engineering sales development or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
