We are looking for a LeadGen specialist for our innovative tool that enables people to understand a book without reading the entire book. Sumizeit provides curated summaries of popular book titles. It enables people to understand and learn from the book in a more steamlined and efficient way. Sumizeit is sold to the HR department of businesses, and PEOs, as a rich benefit they can provide to their employees.
Selling into HR and PEOs, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key decision makers. Once identified you simply hand off the SQL (sales qualified lead) to us for closing. You will target and reach out to potential clients in the Human Resources and Professional Employer Organizations (PEO).
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in the Human Resources and Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) industries
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to close new business
• Manage the top-of-funnel sales process, including initial contact, through SQL
• Research and understand the competitive landscape in the industry
• Develop and implement strategies to increase lead volume and velocity
• Track and report sales performance metrics
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sumizeit product and services
• Provide feedback to product and development teams to improve product offerings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of sales experience selling into Human Resources and Professional Employer Organizations (PEO)
• Proven track record of successful lead development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Sumizeit product and services preferred
