Position Overview
Olympus is looking for independent sales professionals who already have established relationships with athletic directors, strength and conditioning coaches, sport coaches, performance directors, and fitness facility operators.
This is a commission-only, part-time opportunity designed specifically for individuals who are already selling products or services into our target market. The role allows you to add Olympus to your existing portfolio and generate additional income by introducing a highly relevant software solution to your network.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, making introductions, and generating qualified sales conversations. Olympus will provide product training, sales materials, and support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities Introduce Olympus to athletic departments, sports performance programs, and fitness organizations within your existing network. Identify organizations that would benefit from improved athlete data management and performance tracking. Generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demonstrations. Build relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and performance staff. Collaborate with the Olympus team on account strategy and opportunity development. Represent Olympus professionally in all customer interactions. Maintain visibility into active opportunities and pipeline activity. Qualifications Existing relationships within high school athletics, sports performance, strength and conditioning, or fitness organizations. Prior experience selling products or services into athletic departments, schools, teams, or fitness facilities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to create additional income streams. Experience selling software or technology solutions is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits 100% commission-based compensation. Uncapped earning potential.
