The job I have in mind provides a salary that will be based on commission and bonuses. 20$ per member that has joined the paid discord subscription, 1000$ bonus if the employee is able to bring in 100 members in a month, 10,000$ bonus if the employee is able to bring in 500 members in 6 months.
