Seeking Salesperson for Court Reporting Agency

Court Reporting Agency is seeking a lead sales associate with a minimum of one year sales experience in the Court Reporting industry and/or legal sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES and MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Sell Company(s) services to the legal market to achieve assigned revenue objectives

Must possess one year minimum sales experience in the court reporting industry

Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills

Must possess excellent organizational and record keeping skills

Obtain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of Company(s) services to facilitate sales efforts

This role requires the ability to develop relationships with managing partners with the goal of becoming their exclusive court reporting vendor

Provide day-to-day management of client leads along with internal weekly reporting to CEO

Serve as high level account manager and consultant to existing clients responsible for driving repeat business based upon creation and fostering of long term relationships with relevant stakeholders

Initiate proactive steps to measure client satisfaction, anticipate client needs and facilitate communication with internal resources

This role comes with significant responsibility for growing and securing all new business in the legal market

You must be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by senior management

Attend industry legal events for networking opportunities

Must be accustomed to moderate to high sales call activity

Must possess 3+ years of documented success in sales

Please possess excellent communication skills- both oral and written.

Prior business relationships with attorneys are a plus
