Seeking Salesperson with Construction Experience to Sell Robots

Company: LAYER (Layer Construction, Inc.) is a leading provider of 3D printed concrete (3DCP) to the global construction industry

Location: We are headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA, but this role is remote and focused on U.S. sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge 3D concrete printing robotic hardware and software to construction companies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with construction companies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of our 3D concrete printing robots to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and success

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of 3D concrete printing technology and its applications in construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology and innovation
