I'm the founder of Heiller RCM LLC, an Arizona-based revenue cycle management and medical billing company. I have 6 years experience in RCM. I started as an AR caller and worked up to Senior AR Analyst, so I know End to End RCM workflows.

Heiller serves small independent practices that are underserved by large billing firms: ABA therapy, internal medicine/family practice, ambulatory services and ambulance/EMS providers. Clients can outsource their full revenue cycle or just the piece that's hurting, such as denial management or AR cleanup. Every engagement starts with a free revenue audit.

I'm building our first sales team, starting in Arizona and California. I'm looking for self-driven reps who can get in front of practice owners and administrators. Healthcare or medical billing sales experience is a plus. Compensation is commission per signed client, and the role suits someone who wants to grow with an early-stage company.
