Mohan Reddy Arekooty is the Founder & CEO of ID Blue Peak LLC, a technology company based in Austin, Texas. He has spent 20 years running IT staffing firms, where he saw proxy interviews, fake resumes and bait-and-switch hires firsthand. That experience led him to build TrueID, an AI hiring platform that combines applicant tracking, identity verification (government ID, selfie and liveness check), explainable AI candidate scoring, interview scheduling and a full audit log in one system.
